#16. VERY RARE 1940's ceramic button by the famous ceramist, Lucie Rie who worked along side Fritz Lampl for Bimini. She was Austrian by birth and English by adoption. Back marked with Bimini potted plant logo. This logo looks to be a hand done one by her rather than from a mould which is a nice touch. Round version of button in "Boutons" by Loic Allio p. 346.
